Butterflies!

Butterflies have been flying around inside my tum all day!
Why?
Well because tonight was my debut as an official member of the Pencil Lines Design Team!
This weeks sketch went live at 8pm tonight....just at the same time Hubs popped the cork on a lil bottle of fizzy falling down water :)

This weeks sketch was sponsored by Making Memories and I was so chuffed when I opened my box of delights. They were just perfect for me.

Being the total worry pants about deadlines that I am, I set to work straight away and in my typical fashion ended up making two LO's....well the stash was just so yummy I couldnt resist using it.

The photographs in this LO are of my friends daughter, Jordan. She was just heading out to a beach barbie when I snapped the piccies of her.....apologies for yucky piccie quality....lighting has been horrid all week.

and this LO is of my wee man J doing what he loves the most....surfing at our local beach....this guy amazes me when he walks on the water!

The chipboard alphas I used are what caused me such a headache earlier in the week!
They are the cheapy £1.99 Papermania ones which I stripped back to being naked, then painted with acrylic paint before attacking them with a coating of Stickles.....why does Stickles take soooo long to dry????

You can check out all the other stunning LO's here

Have fun and let me know if you have a go at this weeks sketch so I can come check out your work and leave a lil love.

Happy Scrappin.

Ohhhh I am so so soooooo loving your first "outing" and those chippie letters are just divine. BTW I use my heatgun to make stickles dry quicker

Ooo i LOVE STICKLES!! haha....such a brilliant idea to strip & recoat alphas....gonna remember that! And yes! They take forever....I usually add stickles in the evening as the last thing I do on a layout and continue the next morning :p Lovely layouts! :)
